Tennis based activities can be adapted to tie into any skills that are being looked at in the Physical Education curriculum. Because tennis is such a complete sport, requiring many different physical skills, it is a great environment to improve different aspects of a child’s physical development. We believe in creative coaching and design activities that work on balance, speed, agility, co-ordination, speed, stamina and overall movement ability. We aim to make kids more skilful in these areas because these are the core ingredients required to play tennis. We understand it is not just about swinging a racket to get the ball over the net!
Session options can be discussed in detail so that we are able to provide the right coaching appropriate for each school. We can work on different levels, from working alongside the PE staff during a lesson to taking the whole session or providing specific coaching that relates to a part of the lesson.
